Synopsis:

Never before has a date in history been so significant to so many cultures, so many religions, scientists, and governments. 2012 is an epic adventure about a global cataclysm that brings an end to the world and tells of the heroic struggle of the survivors.

In order to enter the contest, simply leave a comment at the bottom of the page answering this question: If it were the end of the world, and you could only bring one item with you as you escaped to safety, what would it be? W inners will be chosen at random and notified via e-mail. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

Please note that winning passes to “2012” does not guarantee admission to the film. You must arrive early as seating is first-come, first-served. It is usually safe to arrive at least 1 hour or more before show time!

    Hi there! When is this screener? If you pick my name and it’s Monday, I can’t do it. Tuesday or Thursday, however, count me in.

    What would I bring? Nothing. The end of the world means there is no safety. I might take along my ipod and listen to some Muse while I’m getting ready to die, though.

    I would bring a Papa John’s Pizza and try to share it with my family. I would make it a pepperoni and mushroom with the garlic butter sauce cup. It would be a good thing that I and my family have a full stomach so we can think about survival

    If the item doesn’t have to really exist, I would bring a time machine! That way when we got to safety you could go back in time before this disaster hits. Don’t know if you could change the outcome. It seems if you mess with some things the outcome isn’t always better. At least this would buy some more time to enjoy things before they go to hell in a hand basket! 🙂
