Phillips is just a sore loser, I hope that grand slam by Rasmus help his ego a little. How can you say someone else bitches and moans when he is doing it in the media? Grow up Phillips this isn't the MABA league.
All in all,the bickering was actually good for the rivalry and baseball itself. But, I do believe the behavior of Mr. Cueto was totally unjustified! He clearly commited assault and battery with a deadly weapon with a clear concious of afflicting as much bodily harm as he could. This can not be allowed. I say, send the little punk back to S. America or wherever he came from and let him go back playing on the dirt with his gang rules or, bring him up on charges. 7 day suspension? That's absolutely BULL!!! Commissioner, get a clue!
Phillips instigated the whole thing by hitting the catcher and the ump on their shin guards with his bat. Very disrespectful and no class on the part of Phillips. I've been a catcher throughout my baseball days and I would have never put up with that.
