Families throughout the U.S. will have a special opportunity to check out the upcoming CGI-animated family comedy, “ICE AGE: DAWN OF THE DINOSAURS,” at sneak previews held on Father’s Day, Sunday, June 21, in 330 theatres across the country, exclusively in 3-D.

The sub-zero heroes from the worldwide blockbusters “Ice Age” and “Ice Age: The Meltdown” are back, in an incredible 3-D adventure. This time, they break through the ice to discover a whole new pre-historic world of dinosaurs. Manny prepares to face a new challenge – fatherhood – leaving Sid to feel left out of his friend’s growing family. Determined to start a family of his own, Sid discovers three enormous eggs and decides to adopt the baby dinosaurs that soon hatch. ICE AGE: DAWN OF THE DINOSAURS has everything audiences loved about the first two films, but with even more comedy, action, fun, and spectacular visuals.

“ICE AGE DAWN OF THE DINOSAURS” opens wide everywhere Wednesday, July 1, 2009 and features the voices of Ray Romano, John Leguizamo, Denis Leary, Simon Pegg, and Queen Latifah. Directed by Carlos Saldanha and co-directed by Michael Thurmeier, the CGI animated family comedy was produced by Lori Forte and John C. Donkin and written by Michael Berg & Peter Ackerman and Mike Reiss and Yoni Brenner from a story by Jason Carter Eaton.

Detailed theatre information and showtimes for the sneak previews of “ICE AGE: DAWN OF THE DINOSAURS” are available at http://www.iceagemovie.com/sneak, or check you local listings.

  • In addition to my 4 kids, i have been the father figure for 39 nieces and nephews plus 22 great nieces and nephews. I was the first one to take them to the movies and to thier first baseball games. All of this was done without the use of a car. So I guess I gave them thier first bus rides too.

  • I think I should win the ticket(s) because I have been a fan of Ice Age since the very first movie. This is an amazing animated series, and It is shameful to admitted that right now I am too broke to spend money on movie tickets. I would like to continue the tradition of taking my kids to see this series on the big screen instead of waiting until it comes out on video. This would be my gift to them so they would not feel too bad or worries about not giving me much on Fathers' Day. If I wins I will be the dad of all dads.

  • I am a single dad who's raising 3 very lovely girls. My oldest will be starting highschol. I can tell you that sometimes it hasn't been easy, but we have a bound that is very strong. All of my daughters are daddy's little girls.

  • I would love to take my dad to the movies. My dad has come to every basketball game, dance recital and music performance over the school year and I think this is a good way of saying thanks.

  • My 5 daughters and I would love to honor their Father, my husband, with a night out.
When my husband and I met we each had 2 daughters. Mine have little to no interaction with their biological father, Carl jumped in with no hesitation and became their "DAD". We now have a 4 year old daughter together, so it is a case of "his, mine and ours".
The poor man is surrounded by 6 females and deserves a break!!!
Carl and our 4 year old daughter, Carly, LOVE this series and it would be an awesome gift.
    HAPPY FATHER'S DAY TO ALL!!!!!

  • I would love to win these tickets for my Dad, he is as old as the Ice Age!!! (LOL) Just joking Dad!!
Seriously he is a great dad and a great Papa to my girls!!! They love to go to his house to swim and go fishing with their Papa during the summer and sledding in the winter!!!

  • My hubby and I have been married since the Ice Age (ok, ok, it has only been 48 long years) Ha! Ha!
But thru thick and thin he has been a great husband, devoted Father of three and an awesome Grandfather of 9, soon to be 11, grandkids.
He and our 4 year old grandaughter love to watch the first Ice Age movies together and always choose them for "movie night" when she stays over. We would love to take her to see this with her special Papa.
    Happy Fathers Day!

  • I want to be a cool DAD!
My kids still dont think that men walked on the moon.
They think all my real life stories are ancient history.

    HAPPY FATHER’S DAY

  • My father in law had to see the other two opening weekend. Did I mention that he is a sixty year old man?

This would make his Father's Day

  • I am Christine Palazzolo, my husband John was deployed to Iraq when our son (Johnny) was 4 months old. When he returned, our son was over 2 years old...missing two consecutive Fathers days. We now have another child (daughter Hannah). My Husband is preparing to be sent off for 1 year of advanced military training for the Army. He is to report in the second week of July 09. We would love the opportunity to win tickets so that our children can take their dad to the movies for a special Fathers Day, before he ships out for the year.
