After watching last night’s Academy Awards telecast many people were left talking about the film Crazy Heart. Not only did Jeff Bridges take home a long overdue Oscar, but one of the songs from the film, “The Weary Kind”, won the award for Best Original Song.
In the film, the song is written by Jeff Bridges character Bad Blake, and performed by Colin Farrell’s Tommy Sweet.

I guess to me it is just to slow. I am not into that type of music is all.
this song just blew me away! i dont know if its my age, my past and troubles ive had or what, but it just fits! life can be tough and doesnt slow down when u want it to, and this aint no place for the weary kind.
