Hard to believe there was a lull at one point where there was no major Batman property touted on the big screen. A year before Batman Begins hit theaters, DC tried their best to bring Catwoman to the screen. They cast the very hot Halle Berry who was still basking in the success of her Oscar win a few years previously, and paired her with a French director for the property. The film was an unmitigated disaster, and quite possibly one of the worst films in recent memory. Below is a scene that captures the awkwardness of the film, mixed with the terrible acting, script, and visual direction.
