Miley Cyrus Trivia Fact!: Salvia is an herb that when smoked, has similar psychedelic qualities to smoking marijuana. Although many states have banned the herb, it is still legal in California.
After the video was released by TMZ, Miley’s father Billy Ray Cyrus tweeted,
“Sorry guys. I had no idea. Just saw this stuff for the first time myself. I’m so sad. There is much beyond my control right now.”
Billy Ray is of course referring to the divorce that he is currently going through with Miley’s mother – Tish Cyrus.

I am always a fan of anytime a falsely wholesome individual is shown to be who they really are.
Who cares, it's just smoking. I was never a fan of Miley Cyrus, but she's 18. Let her do what she wants. Just because she smoked pot or salvia doesn't mean she's not a good person. The fact that she's a famous celebrity is the reason she's not a good person. Ha.
And who knows, maybe this is just a phase for her; you know, celebrities have personal endeavors too. She broke up with her boyfriend, her father was cheated on. She's obviously hurting right now.

i agree with kate wholeheartedly. Smoking pot says nothing what so ever about someone's character. If anything it will help her chill out. Marijuana is not an evil thing, and I for one suspect that she smoking that. She's not out of it enough for salvia.
