Viral Video: Make Your Own “Daft Punk” Helmet In Only 17 Months!

Harrison Krix of Volpin Props, a 27 year old graphic designer, decided to stylize himself a helmet much like the ones used by French band Daft Punk. What ensued was a video that would make most people think, “That guy has too much time on his hands.” and others, “Wow, I want one!”  I was actually think a bit of both. It is hard not to admire the amount of work and craftsmanship that it took to put together a project like this, but at the same time I couldn’t imagine spending 17 months on  a project like this.

Who wants to be that he took this helmet to the club? I wonder if it helped or hurt his chances with women?
