Transformers 3 Car Accident, Bumblebee Gives Police SUV More Than Meets the Eye (Video)

Last month, a 24-year-old extra was permanently injured on the set of “Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon” in a freak car accident. Just when the studio thought their luck couldn’t get any worse, another accident occurred on the D.C. set today.

The above video shows the filming of a scene, where Bumblebee whips around a corner to meet up with Optimus Prime and the rest of the Autobots. But for some reason, a D.C. police officer found his way onto the closed set, and drove down the street with the most unfortunate of timing. Luckily, no one was injured in the accident.

From YouTube:

DC Police Chevy Suburban responding to emergency call somehow gets inside a closed set and has a collision with the Bumblebee Camaro being used to film the Transformers 3 movie. This was not in the script or part of the movie.
