The Simpsons go HD, get new opening sequence!

The Simpsons, who are only 21 seasons young, started to go High Definition last season. About half way through season 20, The Simpsons finally made the jump to HD. And it was well worth it!

The Show looks better than ever – and with the new high definition look comes a new opening sequence. And it is even better than before. Plus – it is nice to be able to notice a lot of the little details around Springfield. Unfortunately, they are still not enough to tell where the city really is…

The new opening sequence is above in HQ, if you haven’t seen it yet. Until The Simpsons come back with new episodes in 2010, you can watch the latest 5 episodes in all of their HD glory over at HULU.
