The 6th Annual St. Louis Downtown Restaurant Week 2010

The sixth annual Downtown Restaurant Week started this Monday.  28 restaurants will be offering  special 3 course menus for 25 dollars.  In addition guests can add a $5 “Extra Helping” to benefit Operation Food Search.  Downtown Restaurant Week is presented by Lumiere Place, Terrazas de los Andes wine, and Pearl Vodka.

Details from the website:

Downtown Restaurant Week (DRW) returns the week of August 23rd – 29th 2010. Now in its 6th year, DRW has grown to a record 28 diverse and delicious destinations. Last year’s event attracted over 19,000 diners, so make reservations early to secure your table for this fabulous food event.

There are no passes to buy, coupons to carry or cards to punch – patrons simply attend the restaurant of their choice and select from a special 3-course dinner menu for $25 per person, plus tip, plus tax.

Downtown St. Louis Restaurant Week is a splendid opportunity to rediscover a long time favorite or experience one of St. Louis’ hot new eateries. Reservations are highly recommended!

Add An Extra Helping – $5.00

When paying your DRW check, consider an “Extra Helping” donation to Operation Food Search. One $5 Extra Helping provides a meal for a hungry family, two $5 Extra Helpings feeds 10 hungry children; five $5 Extra Helpings will feed 25 children.

Check out all the cool participating restaurants at the Downtown Restaurant Week’s website.
