SNL Alumni are “Grown Ups” in 2010 | Adam Sandler, David Spade Among Cast

Slated for a 2010 release, “Grown Ups” is the story of five best friends (Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Chris Rock, Rob Schneider and David Spade) from high school. The group reunites in their home town thirty years later, after their basketball coach passes away, and decide to spend the 4th of July weekend at the lake house where they celebrated their basketball championship. The movie is directed by Dennis Dugan, who was the director of “You Don’t Mess with the Zohan,” “I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry,” “The Benchwarmers,” and such classics as “Big Daddy,” “Beverly Hills Ninja,” and “Happy Gilmore.”

Among the cast are:

Adam Sandler Lenny Feder
Steve Buscemi
Jamie Chung Amber
Salma Hayek Roxanne Chase-Feder
Rob Schneider Rob Hilliard
Kevin James Eric Lamonsoff

Maria Bello Sally Lamonsoff
Chris Rock Kurt McKenzie

David Spade Marcus Higgins
Gary Busey
Maya Rudolph Deanne McKenzie

Norm MacDonald Geezer

Tim Meadows

This movie has quite the all-star cast.  Hopefully it will be as good as some of Dugan’s early films – as some of the recent ones have lacked a bit…
