Preview: Sam Hunt to Play Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre

Sam Hunt’s 15 in 30 Tour will make a stop at Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre on Friday, July 7. Chris Janson and Maren Morris are also on the bill.

Before a successful solo career, Hunt wrote singles for the likes of Kenny Chesney, Keith Urban and Billy Currington.

Hunt’s debut album Montevallo broke several records with five singles from the record.

He had three consecutive Hot Country Songs and four Country Airplay chart number ones. Hunt became the first artist since Billy Ray Cyrus to reach the top of three country music charts at the same time.

Hunt has won numerous awards, including an American Music Award and a CMT Award. He’s been nominated for Billboard Awards and Grammy Awards.

Chris Janson, whose interview you can find right here on reviewSTL, is also on the bill. Janson just released a new EP and is prepping the release of his new album in August. Janson’s first big hit was “Buy Me a Boat,” also the name of his first album.

Maren Morris will open the show.
