New Posters for “Cowboys and Aliens” and “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides”

Yesterday saw the release of two posters for two of next year’s most anticipated films, Cowboys and Aliens and Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. I have to admit the more I see of Cowboys and Aliens, the more I like it. I’m hoping we’ll see a teaser trailer here in the next month or so. However, the POTC poster seems to retread too much old ground, and doesn’t really give us anything new.  I expect better from Disney whose early marketing is usually top notch. (Look at the Tron Legacy early marketing materials for an idea.)

Let us know what you think of the posters in the comments below!
