Kevin Lucas Orchestra Playing Tonight at the Missouri Botanical Garden Whitaker Music Festival

Are you looking for something fun and exciting to do tonight? The Missouri Botanical Garden Whitaker Music Festival continues tonight with the Kevin Lucas Orchestra. The concert takes place at the Missouri Botanical Garden Outdoor Cohen Amphitheater at 7:30 pm. Admission is free to the Garden after 5:00.

The Kevin Lucas Orchestra creates music that is a mixture of adult contemporary rock and world music flavor. The group consists of marimba and percussion, guitar and vocals, bass, drums, and saxophones and flute. This unique sound is what has helped win them awards such as ‘Adult Contemporary Group of the Year” through New Music Weekly Magazine in 2009 and ‘Best Pop Act’ at the People’s Music Awards in London in 2009.

Visitors are welcome to bring their own picnic supper, baskets, or coolers. Picnic fare is also available for purchase on site, including brisket sandwiches, hot dogs, cheese and grape plates, sno-cones, chips, cookies, beer, wine, and soda.
