Ain’t It Cool News reports that Disney is on the brink to moving along with another film. I’m sure they are thinking “We don’t care if it sucks. Make it cool looking and make kids love it so they will whine at their parents to buy all of our merchandise”. Then they walk into another room which is just a giant pool with money in it. That happens, right?
There is only one good thing about the possibility of a sequel, Cillian Murphy as the villain. If he is not then that was the biggest tease ever. Get him in there Disney.
