First Look: ‘A-Team’ Trailer Starring Liam Neeson and Bradley Cooper

The A-Team cast is basically a group of people who have transcended where they were in pop culture in the past couple years. Bradley Cooper has made his way onto the A-List with The Hangover, Liam Neeson had international hit Taken (and an unfortunate family loss), Sharlto Copely gave an eye popping performance in District 9, and Rampage Jackson is a UFC fighter who is embedding himself in arenas outside of the sport. So, this movie has plenty of star power, but will it have the chops to be a big summer blockbuster? I’m thinking it will be ridiculous action that will be great for a summer popcorn flick

  • I never watched the tv show. I think I'm a bit young and missed out when it was on tv. The trailer just seems to say "Hey we are following the show but ramping up the action 20 fold. Here is a bunch of signature shots of the characters. Get excited." I don't think it will have legs in the long run. My personal opinion on my little knowledge of the subject.

  • Tim that is interesting. I am old enough to know the show. I then watched again in college on FX and found it to be atrocious. Yet, for some sick reason, I am looking forward to this much more than G.I. Joe, which I still have not seen. As long as the budget is modest, its legs should hold out for a profit.
