I’m wondering if this has anything to do with the narrative of How I Met Your Mother, and if it will be refrenced at all within the show. Needless to say, it was pretty entertaining, and it drummed up a bit of publicity for one of my favorite shows on network TV.

I couldn't get through, but I was so excited to see a great promo like that for How I met Your Mother. It's one of my favorite shows too! I was disappointed in most of the ads they showed yesterday, but Barney was by far the best!
On HIMYM tonight they started by watching the Super Bowl and seeing Barney on the ad. Only, the phone number was actually different! A 555, of course, so you couldn't call. But that's all pretty clever in my book.
