Baseball Stats for Beginners – Part 1

Again, this is a pretty basic explanation of some of the stats. Some of the categories like on-base percentage have other factors in determining them, such as sacrifices (bunts or flies) and hit-by-pitches (HBP), but hopefully you have a general idea.

Next time around, I’ll focus on pitchers and/or fielding. Thanks for reading
