Zack Snyder’s “Sucker Punch” Official Website Launched; Plus Six New Character Posters!

I wasn’t that pumped for Zack Snyder’s Sucker Punch until recently, and now that promotional materials are coming out I’m officially psyched for the film. Love him or hate him, you have to admit that Snyder has a visual flourish that is unique, and exciting to watch. Throw in that flair with a cast of stunning women, and you’ve immediately sold the movie to me.

Set in the 1950s, Sucker Punch follows Babydoll (Emily Browning) who is confined to a mental institution by her stepfather, who intends to have her lobotomized in five days. While there, she imagines an alternative reality to hide her from the pain, and in that world, she begins planning her escape, needing to steal five objects to help get her out before she is deflowered by a vile man.

The movie hits theaters and IMAX on March 25, 2010.
