Jay Leno Appears With Oprah on David Letterman Commercial During Super Bowl 2010

I think it is pretty cool that Jay Leno and David Letterman would do a commercial together. Especially with Oprah in the middle.

As most people are already aware, there is a lot of bad blood between Dave and Jay. David Letterman used to be on NBC, but the network gave the Tonight Show to Jay Leno instead of him when Johnny Carson retired. Supposedly Dave still hates Jay’s guts. So it is pretty interesting to see the two of them in the same commercial.

With all of the Jay Leno vs. Conan O’Brien controversy, I guess they wanted to ride on the buzz at the moment. Why would Jay do it? I suppose it is just free advertising for him on CBS. No matter what the reason, it is sure to get people talking.
